New members are very welcome, whatever your standard of play. Refresher sessions are available, or you can be taught the game from scratch, before joining the regular players.

The Cribbage Group is a friendly and welcoming group that enjoy playing Crib as much as chatting with each other during the sessions. Many of the members either learned to play the game after joining the group or had played in the past and needed a refresher.

During the year, players' scores are recorded for each session attended, and at the end of the year, the six best scores are totalled, and the top 3 scorers are presented with bronze, silver and gold medals, with the winner receiving the Anne Badger Trophy. The 2025-2026 Gold Metal Winner was Bryan P. Silver Medalist was Pat S. with Bronze Medal awarded to Jeff H. (photos below)

We hold an annual evening 5-game Crib Tournament each year. The 2025 tournament was held on 1st September. Winners are pictured below. 1st Place - Chris Wright; 2nd Place - Jeff Hildreth; and 3rd Place - Marylou Jeffs
