Walking group members volunteer to lead walks throughout the year. The walks are monthly, generally alternating between Tuesdays and Thursdays. Walks are generally 4-5 miles. The terrain and difficulty (expected mud, number of stiles) is communicated to the group in advance.
The group generally meets mid-morning in a pub or public carpark to start the walk. Group members are always encouraged to stay after the walk to have lunch together. Walk details are sent out via email each month by the Group Coordinators - Bob & Sandra Thursfield and are also updated in the table below.

| Thursday 10 September 2026 | Meet at 10.00 am at the Tom o' the Wood public house, Finwood Road, Rowington CV35 7DH. This is an easy 4 mile walk starting along the canal, we then skirt the National Trust Property Baddesley Clinton before returning to the pub for lunch. There will be some road walking at the end. There are toilets available at Baddesley Clinton which are only available to NT members so please bring your cards if you wish to enter the property Walk Leader: Anne James |
