The Gardening Group have trips throughout the year. Trips are scheduled on different days of the week and costs vary depending on whether guided tours, meals, or coach transportation is included.
The Gardening Group was formed in March 2012. The current Committee took over in 2017 and has been planning trips and events for almost 10 years! It is now time for someone else to take over the lead. The current Committee has planned trips through July 2027. If no one steps forward to take over the group, it will close (which would be a shame!). Contact Marcia Legg to volunteer to help run this vibrant group.
An annual membership fee of £2 is charged to pay for administrative costs. The group currently has 126 members. A monthly newsletter is sent via email to all group members.
The Gardening Group spent a wonderful four (4) days in North Wales exploring gardens in June 2025. A few photos from the trip are shown on this page.
